Week 10 - DFS Cheat Codes
We’re back with the second week of the DFS Cheat Codes. If you listened to the We Know Fantasy Contributors Podcast, you might have heard some of my picks. This week again we will be breaking down my favorite value plays to help you pay up for some high-priced locks this weekend. Last week we had Melvin Gordon, DK Metcalf and Marvin Jones Jr. so let’s keep the ball rolling.
Ryan Tannehill vs Kansas City (2.2% DK, .7% FD) – The Chiefs defense plays worse on the road, and lucky for Ryan Tannehill he gets to play it at home. Since taking the starting job Ryan Tannehill has posted at least 19 fantasy points in each game he has started. With a low-price tag, Tannehill is the best option for QB this week to save money.
Ronald Jones vs Arizona (15.3% DK, 4.3% FD) – On Draft Kings, Ronald Jones is 4300 dollars. This is dirt cheap for a RB playing more than 50% of the teams offensive snaps. Arizona allows more to the pass, but the game against Arizona has a 52 point over under. The Bucs gave Jones two red zone carries against Seattle, also shoot out. Jones has touchdown upside and his price tag is dirt cheap for a running back, and that makes him a lock in your line ups.
Ted Ginn vs Atlanta (1.2% DK, .1% FD) – Before the bye against Arizona he only had 2 targets, but he caught both. Against Atlanta last season Ginn went 3/12/1, that’s not exciting but its good. I expect a shoot out in New Orleans this weekend, and if that holds true, you want a cheap attachment to Drew Brees if possible. Ginn comes with TD upside, and his price tag is extremely low, as well as ownership.
Jonnu Smith vs Kanas City (DK 2.3%, 1.3% FD) – What more do you need from a guy who got 7 targets in a bad match up and still caught three of them? Well this week he gets Kanas City who have allowed the twelfth most points to the position this season. With the return of Pat Mahomes to the Chiefs, Tannehill will need to keep up and he can do that by using Jonnu Smith. His price tag is dirt cheap on both platforms and can provide you with a cheap stack with Ryan Tannehill at QB.
